Is there a class action against Zerona laser

Is there a class action against Zerona laser?
I spent $2200 for 12 treatments and didn't lose a single inch. This is what Dr. Stephanie M. King responded when I told her it didn't work: We will take you off the schedule good luck in the future. It's very unusual to not see any results with either we have never seen that happen before. Plenty of people saying it's a SCAM http://www.realself.com/Zerona/reviews

I did a quick search for Dr. Stephanie M. King, and it turns out she's a CHIROPRACTOR! Why would anyone go to a chiropractor for weight lose treatment? I also did a search for Zerona laser, and found many, many people calling it a SCAM. Really good rule of thumb: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true. A quick, simple way to lose inches from your waist falls into this category. The BEST way to do so is good, old fashion work. Eat healthy and exercise. And that is never been accused of being a scam. In fact, it will probably SAVE you money. You don't need to buy organic food that cost twice what other food cost. Just cut out junk food, sweets, sodas, and other non-essential foods, and eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat 5 or 6 times a day, but very small portions. Only eat until you are no longer hungry, not until you are full. And, most importantly, get out and exercise. Walk, bike, jog for at least 1/2 hour a day, but try to work up to 1 hour a day. Do all this, and you will gradually see your waistline slim down, and you will have a pocketful of money from not spending on get slim fast scams or junk food.

I've been offering the Zerona for a year and have also never had anyone not lose inches. Our average loss is 5 1/2 inches in 9 sessions. $2200 for 12 session is very inexpensive - Most charge that for 6 sessions. No one ever guarantees inches lost - most cosmetic procedures make no guarantees of any type. Sorry this did not work for you, but in my personal experience, it has always worked for my patients. I don't know how long ago your last session was, but most patients continue to lose inches up to two weeks after their last Zerona session.
